Tea stuff. Teapots, teacups, teaspoons, tea dresses, tea cakes, tea parties (but not the tea party). Thursday, 26 January 2012. Lapsang Souchong - acquired taste or just vile? Was it some kind of accident? Because this is not natural, this is by design. Here is a theory. But then, tragedy struck. As tragedy is wont to do. The lady love fell down a well and died. Oh no! Her paramour was beside himself. He would do anything to have her back again. But of course it was impossible. After a concerned family m...

Tea stuff. Teapots, teacups, teaspoons, tea dresses, tea cakes, tea parties (but not the tea party). Saturday, 13 August 2011. The Sugar Bowl Debacle. Yesterday I wasn't feeling very well, so I had a little stroll in the early evening to cheer myself up. I wandered into Zara Home looking for picture frames. Somehow, against all the odds I fund myself buying this sugar bowl. 50% glass, 50% brass. It's lovely isn't it? So delicate. So stylish, so absolutely me (? Yes Yes, it smashed. Let's be positive here.

Tea stuff. Teapots, teacups, teaspoons, tea dresses, tea cakes, tea parties (but not the tea party). Monday, 27 June 2011. Is 33 degrees C, that’s 91 degrees F, which is way too high. We’re just not used to such melty weather here in the. Come back drizzle, all is forgiven! As everyone knows, tea can solve any problem so today’s mercury busting highs will face the soothing power of copious cups of tea. So instead take a look at the best lamp ever invented. For about half price if you're jealous :). That ...

http://tillytakestea.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Tea stuff. Teapots, teacups, teaspoons, tea dresses, tea cakes, tea parties (but not the tea party). Monday, 14 January 2013. In England's royal and luscious Windsor is a beautiful and quaint tearoom brimming with charm. Genuinely crooked like the famous leaning tower of Pisa, this is a really interesting and cute building, and well worth a visit once you've finished basking in the glory of the castle. All in all a lovely experience, and reasonably priced for a tourist town. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

deliciously dainty: January 2006
http://starem.blogspot.com/2006_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 31, 2006. Had the most lovely weekend with one of my best friends Kate. We went away to a coastal town (Pt Elliot) about an hours drive from Adelaide and stayed in an "idyllic" beach shack. (I say idyllic - it was very daggy but suited us fine! Had such a relaxing time. Drinking bottles of Morris Sparkling Shiraz. Eating jarlsberg cheese and maggie beer. We headed to the delicious Flying Fish Kiosk. No wonder it wins so many awards. Pricey but worth it. Posted by Em at 9:33 PM. At least ...

http://starem.blogspot.com/2005_09_01_archive.html
Tuesday, September 27, 2005. Sunday I felt like shit. really really crappy. At the time though, I thought drinking about 20 cocktails on Saturday night was a load of fun. Oh yes the champagne cocktails, (what a mix, vodka, champers, strawberry liquor and strawberries) mint dreams (baileys, creme de menthe and of course cream), and cosmopolitans, and shots of cowboy cocksuckers. AND all the other ones. As well as micro dermabrasion products - yada yada! This ALL better be worth it I tell you! Let me stick...

Ceramics by Owen and Meghan Carpenter
http://mangotreedesigns.blogspot.com/2010/05/better-images-of-urban-reflection.html
Our work has us constantly developing new ideas in ceramic forms such as tableware, decorative ceramics and jewellery. We have a small range of ceramics that are produced in limited runs at various times throughout the year. We also work towards exhibitions through the year and are hoping to build on our production skills as we work in our small studio in Sydney. Making slide shows and tecnical demos. Interesting work by others. Wednesday, May 19, 2010. May 19, 2010 at 8:36 PM. A plate a day. A cup a week.
