Saturday, July 18, 2015. Training - Zwift Sprint, 21.67 seconds. Things have been super busy with me lately and it's hard to find time to post stuff in the blog. One thing that I've been doing is riding the trainer while logged into Zwift. I usually go for the green jersey sprint (a timed few hundred virtual meters sprint). I occasionally go hard on the KOM (my best time is over 3 minutes, typically it takes me 5-7 minutes). Screen shot from the ride. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
