Just another day in the life. Of a Marine and his wife! Friday, July 9, 2010. On Monday I got another one of my flowers :) I got a 3 violets for my brother Joey. Those flowers represent the month of February. These ones were probably the least painful lol! Only one more to go and then just the background! I'm so excited to be almost done! Another think i am almost done with is DEPLOYMENT #2! I cant even begin to express how happy, excited, and relieved I am knowing that Chris will be home next Thursday!

This water lily represents my brother Johnny and July which is the month that he was born :) I love that my tattoos are coming along so nicely I just cant wait to see what the finished product looks like! Thursday, June 10, 2010. Most people that are close to me know that my family means the world to me! They are the reason that I am the person I am today! Just another day in the life. Of a Marine and his wife! Tuesday, July 13, 2010. Is it sad that I have started counting hours? I'm not sure what is it because I honestly didnt think that I was going to be this emotional but for some reason just the thought of homecoming and being reunited with Chris again continues to make me teary-eyed! Happy tears of course! I mean its not like getting emotional is a bad thing, its just not what I expected! A friend of mine called it a third honeymoon lol!

Just another day in the life. Of a Marine and his wife! Sunday, July 11, 2010. Its hard to believe that the past 6 months have flown by! I remember thinking that this deployment was going to be a walk in the park compared to his tour in Afghanistan back in '08. Boy was I wrong!
