So we had a ticket to Lille, and that's as far as we could get for the moment. It was Iike revelation, what are they going to do, kick us off after it has already started? Technilogical Tea Time!: February 2010

http://www.teatimewithsarah.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html

A Wale Tale- Up there with Shamu and Free Willie. Six hours later (aka 5 am) we departed for Wales. . The land of the Welsh! Our first stop was Tintern Abbey. What is that, you say? Next we had quite a change of scene, we went to Big Pit, which is the big mine in Wales. It was another one of those eye opening experiences where you just don't realise what life is really like for some people until you go get a taste of it. To me, it seemed like the most miserable job. The Welsh are awesome! Something that ...

Technilogical Tea Time!: The BIG 20!

http://www.teatimewithsarah.blogspot.com/2010/04/big-20.html

April fourth. haaappppy birrrthhddayyy! Monday I had class all morning, then went to Portabello Road to pick up my birthday present to myself- A sweet Cath Kidston bag! It's a strictly London brand, and I love it. That night I went to Les Miserables, which I have been DYING to see. It was amazing, the talent was impeccable, and it's just an all around well written play. Next morning: I decided to start the day right with a run through Hyde park. During the bombings of England in WW2, and they kinda ran t...

Technilogical Tea Time!: Here Comes the Sun

http://www.teatimewithsarah.blogspot.com/2010/04/here-comes-sun.html

Here Comes the Sun. Day 5: BEAUTIFUL sunny day in Liverpool, (yay! And I'm ready for Beatlemania. We first went down to the dock as a group to talk about our ancestors for a bit. Liverpool was where they would travel to so they could come to America. It was such a long hard journey for them, we should all be eternally thankful. Also, we can't forget the Titanic. I just watched general conference- it was wierd. We watched it live, so it went till 11:00 pm We are an example of dedication to the MAX, I ...

Mar 28, 2010. The remedy for a salty day. I have a few ideas. A float in an inner tube down rock springs. A late night Beto's run. A long walk in my woods. A plane ride west. The smell of rain in the desert. A Red Cliffs burger. Icy water in my face. Curling up with a good book. To smell like poo after a long day of honest work. A view that takes my breath away. Paul, my jeep. Listening to an old playlist. A new favorite animated movie. A letter from a friend. Riding my bike until I want to die. Musings ...

Just Jess: January 2010

http://jessoveson.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html

Jan 28, 2010. I practiced my Thai today. I now know 13 phrases. I have a feeling my accent is terrible. I'll get second opinion I also looked up moving to Alaska. I feel like everything in Alaska is a hardcore version of stuff here. Maybe that's why Chris McCandless wanted to go there so bad. I need to take my EMT test within the next month. I also need to start studying that again so I can pass the test. Jan 27, 2010. So I looked it up online and found the website. Http:/ www.byki.com/. Jan 26, 2010.

Dec 4, 2010. I'm seriously start to worry that I can't trust anyone. Not like, "woe is me my life is so hard I have issues with my parents that reflect on everyone I meet.". But like, I feel like whenever I start to get especially close to someone, they give me a reason to back away. This ranges from blatant dishonesty to downright malicious behavior. I haven't had trouble with people like this in years. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Ali and Dylan Dastrup. Musings of a Mexican Bluebird.

Oct 31, 2010. I think I just archived scheduling Nirvana. I have 19 credit hours next semester, with no classes on Monday or Friday. I've never been so excited for a semester of school in my entire life. I have lots of new adventures planned for my weekly four day weekends like. Hiking to the top of Mollies Nipple in Hurricane, Utah. Skiing in the Rockies with my cousins. Of course my life isnt complete without a bi-annual trip to Capitol Reef. Oct 27, 2010.
