Tea is the number 1 drank beverage in the world. It has been used for thousands of years as medicine, social, relaxation, mental clarity and to aid spirituality. 2 slices of ginger. 1 tea spoon rosemary. 2 cups cool water. 1 teaspoon black tea. Method: fill pot with cool water. Add first 4 first ingredients. Boil for 10 minutes. Turn off flame and add black tea and steep for 5 minutes. Strain tea, pour in cup and add milk. Enjoy! Enhance circulation and metabolism. Prevention of gastric ulcers as well.

Turn off heat add 1 teaspoon sage, 1/2 tea spoon black tea and let steep for 5 minutes. Add sugar to taste (optional). Strain and enjoy! 1 tea bag black or ceylon tea.
