MS Home Use Program. MS Home Use Program. You are here: . The upgrade to the Microsoft Exchange Email Server 2013 was completed last summer. That system has a new Webmail component which we have been testing through this school year and are now ready to roll out to all email users in the district. Over the next week technicians will migrate users to the new system. The new webmail system is similar to the old system but there are a couple of changes to be aware of.
