A total of eight parts comprise the completed assembly (2 CUPS, 2 COVERS, 2 HINGES and 2 SPREADERS). �All parts and molds were designed by T.D.A. The part design required the box to "stack" for use as housing for baby chickens. When not in use the parts were rotated 180 deg. and "nested" inside one another for storage. Part and mold were designed by T.D.A. PUMP HOUSING MOLD ASSEMBLY. Single cavity mold with mechanical core pulls and early ejection return. TANNING BED ENDCAP-HINGE ASSEMBLY.

Tuesday, February 3, 2009. I'm back and this is why I've been away. I know it doesn't look like much but it is the 3rd one I've done since the last post. I can't tell you much about it other than say it is a glove box to handle some rather 'hot' materials. I've been doing 11.5 hour days 6 days a week for the last two weeks. I'm starting to dream in the SolidWorks. Update to all SWUG. Members: I have to get Wes' okay on this before it will be official but I'm thinking of letting the WNC. What do you think?
