If you haven’t seen yellow watermelon before, don’t be afraid! It’s a different variety, just a little sweeter than the watermelon you’re used to. Each time they did great “Salads from Around the World”: Mediterranean Chickpea Salad, Mexican Salad, and Thai Salad. All three were delicious and bursting with seasonal flavors.
