Type 3: Physics vehicles moved with llSetVehicleType(). There has been significant success with Type 1, modest success with Type 2 and Type 3 is incompletely implemented at this point. A couple of folks have reported success with motor cycles and boats. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. You ar...

An attempt of an avatar from a virtual world at experimentally proving the infinite monkey theorem. Wednesday, May 21, 2008. Quite impressive. Imagine the possibilities. If you could use that as a mod in Second Life to pick up an item and put it elsewhere, that would rock. :-D. June 12, 2008 at 1:29 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). How to connect to OpenSim. Getting nightly build binaries of Opensim. Tedd Maa: opensim scripting. 7 habits of highly effective men. Impressive 3d for your home use.

An attempt of an avatar from a virtual world at experimentally proving the infinite monkey theorem. Saturday, September 1, 2007. Getting the latest and greatest bleeding edge opensim. Today I've made a half-assed script that will run nightly, and bring a compiled latest and greatest version of opensim for your pleasure. Disclaimer: since this is a nightly build, things may get broken from time to time. However, we try to keep the latest and greatest version on the test opensims. Last Changed Rev: 1839.

I've long wanted to capture this - the social interactions between the cans of drink :-). I like the result. If you feel like some of the sketches that I make are fun - you're welcome to hang around at http:/ bnpcs.blogspot.com/. Which is devoted to adventures of the same avatar in a much more entertaining game of the First Life. Links to this post.

An attempt of an avatar from a virtual world at experimentally proving the infinite monkey theorem. Wednesday, August 29, 2007. How to connect to OpenSim? Update Nov 3 2007: Ruth/Zion will be offline for 2-3 weeks - I need all the CPU/memory for some other stuff. The nightly build indeed still works (or fails, in case it fails to compile :). Be patient and try the another one. For each of the sims, a bit of a description of what it is, and the value of the "-loginuri" parameter. Update. Run by me. Sh...

Daltonic Gin: SL-aware server prototype in ruby...
http://daltonic.blogspot.com/2008/08/sl-aware-server-prototype-in-ruby.html
An attempt of an avatar from a virtual world at experimentally proving the infinite monkey theorem. Wednesday, August 6, 2008. SL-aware server prototype in ruby. It's no big doubt that Ruby is a high-level language. Probably opensim svn still has my stupid ruby scripts which pretend to do something with the protocol - in effect just being more or less compact "plugs" for testing. One of these evenings I did not feel like doing anything productive, so I decided to hack up a prototype packetserver in ruby.
