She also loves to eat it. How to cut a mango. July 18, 2010. Friday we went up for game night with my boyfriend’s high school buddies. :) I finally learned what this effin trains was all about. Here is a picture of a pretty bridge (and the boyfriend! Once upon a time I wanted to be a civil engineer or an architect so I always love pretty bridges and pretty buildings. :). I found a how to online and I thought I would share! A mango has a flat seed so on a mango, you can see the flatter sides. Place it on the cutting board and cut along the flat side, as close as you can to the seed. Do the same to the other side, leaving the seed and the surrounding fruit. Cut off each cube.
