Tuesday, July 1, 2008. So not only did i hit my 100lb mark at my WI on thursday (101.8 to be exact! But i also went to edmonton from friday to monday! It was so fun! All the ladies in edmonton are fabulous and i miss you terribly! Hopefully i manage to keep off the 100 pounds after all the eating and drinking i did this weekend! My Journey To Goal. My year, to get lifetime. Wednesday, March 11, 2009. Holy crap, am I blogging? Here I am. Blogging. Seriously have started to blog so many times, and then closed the screen. I need to stop that. So I've lost some weight. Not tons, but some. It's a start, so I'm going with that. And that's it. All I am saying today. Even if it's just one sentence, I just post. My Journey To Goal. My year, to get lifetime. Wednesday, August 19, 2009. Today's commitment to drinking all my water! Not the prettiest breakfast, but was super yummy! Egg white omelet with yellow and red peppers, zucchini, white and green onion, and baby tomatoes. OMG so good! With a dollop of salsa, which added the perfect flavour. Off to the park with the kids shortly, going to wog a few laps around the field, and maybe do some races with the kids, that always gets me going! OH OH OH and an NSV!

Saturday, July 7, 2012. Down 3.6 pounds so far. Yeah, baby! I'm feeling really great. Last night we went out for dinner to Boston Pizza, and I had lemon-baked salmon w/steamed veg and a salad. And water! I love the feeling of willpower and sheer determination. Tonight we're going to a roller derby. Cool, huh? Also on today's agenda: EXERCISE. I may go for a walk / run, or do a workout dvd. Tanya's road to goal. Thursday, November 20, 2008. I went shopping last night, all my clothes are too tight now. So I went to motherhood maternity. I bought 3 pairs of pants, two sweaters and a winter jacket for $250. So did pretty good. But that is all for me for now. Tuesday, November 4, 2008. My doctor put me on the patch to quit smoking. I wasn't able to do it completly by myself like I had hoped. Sorry I haven't been updating much I have just been so sick. Hope all is well with everyone else.
