Saturday, November 24, 2007. I've completed my NAPFA. Muahaha.i managed to clear the usual 5 stations wif Gold in sit and reach, incline pull up and sit up.however FAILED. My 24KM RUN.keke.as predicted by Azhar, i stopped after running 2 rounds and walked the remaining till the tester turned off the time machine and asked us ( Eileen, mi. N the others) to stop.LOL! It was my first time run 2.4km till ppl didn't want to time us le:P Anyway.glad that it's all over.* PHEW. Sister EiLeen and I After NAPFA :).
