Friday, March 19, 2010. What is your favorie Bean or Legume? One of my favorite beans or legumes is the most versatile there is and that is the Chickpea. Or in some countries the Garbanzo Bean. Quick and Easy 5 Minute Hummus. 1 16oz Can Chickpeas(drained) or 1 1/2 cup soaked and sprouted(raw). 3 TSP Tahini(ground sesame seeds). 3 TSP Olive Oil. 1 Sprig of Fresh Parsley(garnish). My daughter helped me make them. the best thing is I didn't have to worry about her being next to a hot stove cause we didn't use one. 1/4 cup Agave Nectar. 1/3 Raw Carob Powder. 1 TSP Coconut oil. Sunday, February 15, 2009. Raw Carob Pudding Cups! Here is the recipe for the pudding. It is very quick and easy. You don't even have to use a food processor if you dont want to. You can save energy and just add ingredients to a bowl and mash with a fork then sturr w/ a spoon till smooth. Based on my own trying experiences I think it truly qualifies me to help others on there personal health journey suceed for the long haul simply because I know what not to do.
