Watercolors – Wet-on-wet | Rock, Paper, Scissors

Rock, Paper, Scissors. Watercolors – Wet-on-wet. Is better for wet-on-wet compared to cold press. Hot press paper is smoother than cold press so water doesn’t get absorbed as fast. I could have filled in the whites in the fabric to have the face stand out more. February 28, 2016. Laquo; Watercolors – Wash.
