El Fenix Guacamole Salad:. 2 tomatoes, parboiled, peeled, and minced. 1 jalapeño chile, seeded, minced. 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice. 1/4 onion, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1) Mash 4 avocados and blend with 1 teaspoon garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
