I tried some strength training tonight. We did an upper body work out (chest, flies, biceps, tries, suspended pushups). You use your own body weight and he bands to work out. Looks kind of like this:. And yes, we were outside. TRX works out the core which I would like to improve because it will make me a stronger runner.
