What kind of sculpture do you make? I am often asked this question and I answer it with varying degrees of enthusiasm or success. Being a sculptor still seems so much imbued with the notion of a person with a chisel and marble or wood that I often begin by defining my activity in negative terms, in terms of what I do not do.
