June 30, 2010 at 7:06 pm ( Uncategorized. Just a quick one to say I’m still alive and things are finally coming together now after buying a house a couple of months ago. I went back home to visit some friends yesterday and did a Deadlift session with my old trainer. After three months in which I did 40kg deadlifts (as much weight as I have at home) maybe three times?
