At work, we have internal controls in place to ensure that finances are being used appropriately:-. Every transaction has to have supporting documentation, including authorisation. Reimbursements aren't given without receipts. That would be the norm for every organization, surely? Maintenance of bank and cash accounts.

Observations on my Ethiopian flights from Ouaga to Nairobi yesterday:-. 1 Little difference between matatu and plane passengers with regard to the notion of queuing to get on the means of transport!
