Not so unique, but easy enough for anyone to do! I was inspired by this DwellStudio painting. Draw the basic design on the canvas (I messed with this picture in Photoshop to make the pencil marks show up…it isn’t really a big gray bubble). Step 5: Paint on your branches. Handful. She was expecting soon, and so the ladies threw her a shower at a friend's house in Hawaii-Kai. Sarah attended and all had a great time. What an awesome cupcake cake! Family. Travel. DIY. Advocacy. Capturing the Everyday. DIY {doily canvas bag}. Canvas bag ($2.00 when on sale at Hobby Lobby), fabric paint, paper doily, Krylon Paper Finishes Adhesive Spray. Spray doily with paper spray adhesive and press down on the bag (not shown). (Using Krylon Paper Finishes adhesive allows the doily to stick in place while you paint, but it easily pulls off without leaving a sticky mess behind after you paint.). Bag after doily is removed. I also ironed over it to heat set it a bit.

Sunday, March 30, 2014. Delaney competed in her 4th competition for the year, today. It's been kind of a rocky year. They've placed last or next to last in each competition, which for my highly competitive girl has been very disappointing. The team itself has been through some challenging times but it appears new coaches have really taken the talent these girls possess and have brought them to a new level. The girls hadn't competed in almost two months so they were fired up and ready to go this morning.

Sunday, August 18, 2013. Emily and Delaney shared a seat. The concert was the night before school started so it wasn't the best of timing. Staying up on a school night and doing anything before such a big day is highly unlike me, but I am so glad that I decided to. Live" a little. Tuesday, April 14, 2009. A day in the life of me! Today we met at Chic fil a for lunch with my cousins wife Traci who I had the shower for, because she is going in tomorrow to have the little guy! Pretty awesome how it works these days! I am thinking oh my goodness this is me in 6 weeks! Then it was down for a nap and then up for My cousin Jessica's little boy Coltons 2nd Birthday! Friday, December 26, 2014. Thanksgiving: A little Sappy. So here is a little about each of my blessings that I thank God for each night, as I tuck them into bed. While, I don't tuck him into bed each evening, I have the privilege of lying beside him at the end of each day. Loves me and is ever faithful. He takes care of our family each Wednesday evening, as I go to school and has created a new normal and ritual for the kids on this night. I doubt they even miss me.
