Wednesday, June 25, 2014. Wowwe are off and running this summer but a few things have started to fall into place. The day after we all finished school, we went to Maryland to work on our rental house and to see some friends. Even though we cleaned for several days, we managed to have some fun too. We have new renters that moved in after we cleaned! We had some fun by the pool and a nice dinner with my former co workers (and friends) with their husbands too. Sunday, September 7, 2014. It’s FOOTBALL Season! Go Gamecocks and War Eagle! 160; Our seasons have started off great! 160; Grant has had 4 interceptions…two for touch downs! 160; I actually snapped a few good pictures of his catches! This one he returned for 101 yards with seconds left on the clock! Ryan is in the band again this year and is again playing a different instrument. A Baritone. This one covers his whole face! Thursday, August 22, 2013. A few Sundays ago a rattlesnake slithered into our yard. The dog was barking and I told Dennis it sounded like the “I got something you should see” bark. Dennis went out with a shovel and when I opened the back door I could hear it rattling! Dennis killed it and skinned it. The skin is rumored to be in our deep freeze. Monday, November 11, 2013. Halloween is just not the same anymore. I miss the days of costumes, trick or treating and LOTS of candy! October 2007: Alien, zombie football player and gangster. Now they are too old to trick or treat and we live in the woods so we do not even get trick or treaters. We usually have a ball game on Halloween. I do make them carve pumpkins. This year Preston said he guessed he could carve again this year because he might not be here next year! Reagan tried to make a crown.

Sunday, October 26, 2014. A Few of my Favorite Fall Things. I LOVE the Fall. It is not as beautiful here in south Alabama but it is still my favorite season. Here are a few reasons why. Here in the deep south, we LOVE football. Friday night high school ball and college football on Saturdays. Grant is having a great season! Monday, August 18, 2014. Two Freshmen and a Junior! It’s Back to school time! Again But this year we have one in COLLEGE! 160; Preston got to sleep in when I made Grant and Ryan take the annual First Day of School picture. Don’t they look so excited.
