Friday, June 25, 2010. Today we went to our appointment and got to hear the heartbeat! It took her a minute or 5 to find it which was scary but when she did it was AWEMAZING! The babies heart pumped at 174 beats per minute! Very strong:) She said with how everything is going we are pretty much in the clear and should have a healthy pregnancy! What a wonderful day. Tuesday, June 15, 2010. Lately I have been having a blast in the kitchen. I have gotten really excited about baking. Chris was out and about with boys and came home to 2 batches of muffins and a pan of brownies. He was really pleased to come home to such a comfort smelling home. I have some work to do on my baking from scratch but am really excited to keep practicing. This week I am crazy with energy and feeling great! And we got a crib tonight! We are so excited! I get a lot of time to think during hours of massage in dark rooms with strangers and today my thoughts were on letting a love grow at its own pace and in its own way. If there is something you cannot force or define for someone else it is love. So let love grow. I am going to repeat this to myself and the baby when I get impatient with any part of this process. Monday, January 3, 2011. So I have thought I was possibly in labor several times and it never seems to go anywhere. New Years Eve I was 3 min apart with semi-strong contractions for over an hour and then I gave up counting because they weren't getting any stronger. Same thing happened yesterday.
