Physical Culture (or Physie as we call it) is a dance sport for girls and women, which aims to build confidence, good posture, strength, grace and flexibility through exercise. Our syllabus contains a combination of standing and floor exercises, aerobic warm-ups, ballet, exercise routines and modern dance. Routines teach the relationship of movement to music, rhythm, co-ordination, balance and musical interpretation. Physie is a great way to get fit and healthy, meet new friends and have FUN!
