Sunday, March 28, 2010. It has been a long time didnt touch my kitchen stuff, feel a little guilty, so i try Butter Cake. This is a quick and easy cake. Sugar 125g ( i reduce to 100g). Self-raisin flour 125g ( for normal flour 2teaspoon of baking powder). 1) Mix butter and sugar well using mixer. 2) Add in egg 1 by 1. 3) Add in flour tablespoon by tablespoon. 4) Pour into a cake mould. Saturday, February 28, 2009. Sweet Bun and Pizza. I love Saturday because I will have plenty of time to do what I like. Actually I planned to made portugis egg tart, but my kitchen is out of egg.cant help, so thing of others to do. Last week I made 4 small size pizzas. The taste is not bad. This time I focus on sweet bun. I just able to made 5 sweet bun. High protein flour (bread flour) 250g. Sugar/ Honey 2 tablespoon. I'm using the same recipe for pizza dough. Try it and you will find it is fun!

Sunday, September 13, 2009. Chocolate Chip Muffin. Found the resipe from youtube, the result is not bad. I did modified the recipe, coz i cant found icing sugar so i replace it with honey. Here are the recipe:. 1 1/3 Cup floar. 2 table spoon baking powder. Honey / sugar (depend on ur taste). 2 table spoon coco powder. 1/2 cup milk ( 1Cup milk if using icing sugar). 3 table spoon butter. MIx A and B well and put on the paper cup to bake for 20 mins under 200C temperature. Here are the results.

We enjoy the environment, foods and chit chatting. Some friends really really long time never see and everyone got big changing especially the body. Hahaha. Cheese and cocktail fish. Saturday, October 31, 2009. The Peak Tower and Madam Tussauds (19-10-09). At The Lion View Point Pavilion, u have the chance to view the beatiful scence of HK city below u. It is featuring by the Chinese architectural motif, maybe will feel like u are someway in China, hahaa. If next time i have a chance to visit HK again, i will not miss out those places.
