左邊是刺果番荔枝（SOUR SOP），右邊是普通木瓜。 講開特別的植物果實，之前的向天果據說對糖尿病有幫助，令我想起了另一個果 〝刺果番荔枝 SOURSOP〞，同樣據說是對糖尿病有幫助，甚至癌症也有很好的療效，故又稱為〝癌症殺手〞。這種果在2010年時曾經提過，剛好近日又買了一個，所以再講一次。以下是在網上找到關於SOURSOP的資料：. 別名： 山番荔、巴西番荔枝、日本釋迦、阿那那、刺番荔枝、刺果番荔枝、奶蛋糕蘋果、紅毛榴蓮. 學名：Annona montana Macf.；Annona muricata sensu Vellosa non L. 別名日本釋迦、阿那那、奶蛋糕蘋果，「 羅李亮. 12301;是日據時代流傳在鄉間的日文「ゐりあん」的諧音。（ 詳情請看原文連結. 當時我只在心中嘩了一聲（不敢嘩出聲來）！不敢告訴標這個果幾多錢，也沒有給他看收據，我知道還是不要讓他知道好些！ 兩日後，果實開始轉淋，於是切了牠做果汁，去皮去核取果肉攪拌榨汁。 上下圖是同一個果，只是上圖用了閃光燈，果肉發黃。 因為我們想做成果汁飲的，所以攪成蓉後倒出一半，留下一半加水再攪。 我或會加鮮奶和雪糕一起攪拌ᦁ...

初到〝百力之〞看到這些高腳房屋覺得很有趣，很有特色，但隨著人們生活改善，木屋變磚屋，高腳屋也變座地屋了。 近年來百力之的建築物有很大的轉變，以往的高腳木屋已越來越少見，只在一些低下階層貧苦大眾聚居的地方仍有，連高度也降低了，變成矮腳屋，甚至座地屋，這可能與建築物料和成本有關。現在一般有能力負擔起屋的，都會使用石屎磚甚至鋼筋混凝土。 圖中的建築物在首都附近，只可以由公路遠望過去，是位於一個小山丘上的。2012年初，當時建築物正在興建中，最初以為又會是三四層高的建築物罷，所以亦沒有理會。後來三層之後仍繼續興建，才開始引起我的好奇，但我又不是經常到首都，只是約三幾個月有事才會去一次，每次見到又會多了一層或兩層，於是開始拿定相機，汽車駛過時邊走邊拍。到第一次拍到照片時已經有七層高了。 以我自己間屋而言，樓底是八呎多高，換言之，這建築物一層就已等於普通建築物的兩層高了！ 又再兩個月後，終於到頂了！究竟是多少層呢？ 這樣的建築物，相信都是商業用途吧，酒店、旅館！我只關心一件事，就是這建築物有沒有升降機？ 12318;以前寫過一篇，是2012年的：. 試過一次趕完一隻不到五分鐘又有另一隻飛來，又再趕&#...

內有生、死老鼠！怕鼠勿看！ 12288; 不便之處，敬請原諒！ 家中近日被老鼠入侵，大肆破壞，令人十分苦惱。情況已去到日間也大膽地在人前跑來跑去；在衣櫃內翻東西；咬斷沙朗的皮鞋帶及皮手袋的皮；又在櫃內的毛巾上大便，討厭極了。 牠們從屋外爬上屋頂，再在一些縫隙鑽進屋內，再由天花爬下來。於是我們決定封了牠們的入口，可是牠們真本事，只要一條小縫隙然後咬呀呀的就可鑽進內，鋅鐵皮下是石膏板作用只是隔熱，老鼠很易咬碎。 最初牠們是靠這條電線來上上落落，天花頂上的小孔最初亦只是僅容許電線穿過，後來被牠們弄得越來越大，於是找工人卡洛斯爬上天花上用木板在上面封了。結果第二天發現更多天花板的碎屑，原來牠們可以由其他牠地方進入後跳下來，卻只有從這裡向上爬回天花上離開，可是去路被封，於是就拚命地咬，想咬個大洞走出去，出不到去就在屋內搗亂。 這樣，牠們進了屋逃不了，只好用方法捉拿牠們了，包括老鼠毒藥及老鼠籠。結果老鼠籠捉過四五次，有點成效。 老鼠令人討厭之處還有是喜歡咬東西，不是吃的也去咬！上圖是咖啡機的一個角落。下圖是廚房的一塊木板。 一直到近年尾，一次掌門人到市區來出糧時，帶來的蔬菜中有幾個檸檬&...之後他也只間中帶來十來...
