After starting up again a few weeks ago my ankle was pretty painful and swelling after workouts so I stopped for a while. I took a mini vacation to Mexico. The one thing I forgot about training, the past couple of weeks when I was training, everyday I would pass out from excessive tiredness, I'm talking like 7 pm till 7 am. Teri's Half Way Up the Hill Half Marathon. Friday, May 1, 2009. Ok, so I haven't posted in a while, and there is a reason. My training is falling through the cracks! I think I left off on Week 4. . This was my first week not working and also the week of a wedding I was in, AND Ben's sister was in town visiting, so I believe I got a total of one work out in. I know. Bad. Well it was 2 actually if you count dancing all night ;). Aye aye aye.wish me luck. Elise, Christine and Steve! 31 days till I run!
