Jim, Inger and the girls!: March 2010
http://jikmabinns.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Jim, Inger and the girls! Tuesday, March 23, 2010. What I've been up to. With Jim gone, I've done nothing but get weirder. I know that isn't shocking to any of you, but with my mind a little more free to wander, and not having to worry about Jim's ridicule, (it's okay, he gets just as much ridicule from me) this is what I've been into lately. I've read this amazing book, and I believe every word of it. I've been doing alot of this. Oh how fun it is! Less than 24 hours later, I had a pair.

Jim, Inger and the girls!: February 2011
http://jikmabinns.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Jim, Inger and the girls! Tuesday, February 1, 2011. Testing the waters again. It's been awhile, let's see if I remember how to do this. We are the not so proud owners of the most ridiculous dog on the planet. I have been wanting a dog forever, so I went ahead and just got one. Jim didn't talk to me for 3 days. I was really hoping it would be worth it. sometimes it is. Here's the pro's and con's list for Penny Pocket. We call her that because of our familiarity with Polly Pockets. She barks at the door.

The Daily Rush: Summertime!
http://daily-rush.blogspot.com/2011/10/summertime.html
Toby, Andrea, Jayden, Noah, Owen and Sofia. Sunday, October 2, 2011. As the temperature raises and the lessons end, it's that time again: time for shorts, time for picnics, time for fun! Jayden and Noah both rang in the summer months with their classmates with something they look forward to for weeks: Field Day! Parachute 25 kindergarteners = joy. Other end-of-year celebrations included musical programs and a picnic at the park. Nothing cooler than chillin' with your friends and eating string cheese.

The Daily Rush: August 2010
http://daily-rush.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Toby, Andrea, Jayden, Noah, Owen and Sofia. Sunday, August 29, 2010. The first part of the celebration, on the big day itself, was an evening of fine dining at the Alamosa Burger King, which of course included some fun with cousins at the playland. Even better, when we got home that evening, the boys got to open some presents. Can I play with it now? Can I play with it now? Can I play with it now? I am eight years old! Star Wars toys, frosting and kids: an explosive combination. Can I play with it now?

The Daily Rush: Jayden's Baptism
http://daily-rush.blogspot.com/2011/10/jaydens-baptism.html
Toby, Andrea, Jayden, Noah, Owen and Sofia. Sunday, October 2, 2011. On April 10, 2010, I had the honor and privilege to baptize my oldest son. I am so proud of him. I love his always-cheerful attitude, his undying desire to help and teach, and his capability to live a Christ-like example, seemingly without even trying. I consider myself lucky to be his Dad. The Daily Rush: Swim Time
http://daily-rush.blogspot.com/2011/10/swim-time.html
Toby, Andrea, Jayden, Noah, Owen and Sofia. Sunday, October 2, 2011. Summer 2010 brought another wonderful tradition in our family: swimming. The kids love anything that requires them to put on their swimming trunks, whether it is in our front yard or at the local pool. Sofie was able to join her brothers in swimming lessons; we enrolled her in a class where she and I were able to start her on the basics of being in the water. Needless to say, she had a blast! The Daily Rush: Back to the Farm
http://daily-rush.blogspot.com/2011/10/back-to-farm.html
Toby, Andrea, Jayden, Noah, Owen and Sofia. Sunday, October 2, 2011. Back to the Farm. As we had done the previous year, we decided in the summer of 2010 to take advantage of our church's program which allows each family a garden plot on the church farm. Watering and insect control is provided; we need only to plant, weed, and harvest. And, as before, we were happy to have eight little hands to help! Green shirt and green thumb. Now, we wait. The Daily Rush: February 2011
http://daily-rush.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Toby, Andrea, Jayden, Noah, Owen and Sofia. Wednesday, February 9, 2011. Jayden turned 8 years old last March, which made him eligible to participate in our church's Cub Scouts program, and he couldn't be more excited. We made the trip to the Scout store to get him the uniform and though he couldn't wait to try it on, we found out later that we had gotten the wrong type of neckerchief. Scout spirit, personified. No, really, Dad, I think it was a. Real tug this time! Don't be a scub scout!
