Aged predominantly in American Oak for around 18 months, the 2010 Shiraz is a dense dark wine with a great lengthy palate showing plums, blackberries and vanilla. The tannins are soft and complement the long lingering finish, giving this wine its current signature character that will continue to develop with bottle age. Our vineyards at Terramore. Our vineyards at Terramore. The Terramore vineyards are all located on the central strip that runs through the heart of Coonawarra, all the vineyards front the main Riddoch hwy that runs through the center of the Coonawarra wine Region. All the vines are hand pruned to control bud numbers which in turn will control the cropping level. All vines are cropped at around 5 6 tonne per hectare. Bronze Medal Royal Adelaide Wine Show 2011.
