http://colemanlme.blogspot.com/2008/02/i-enjoyed-reading-book-dragon-of-lost.html
Wednesday, February 27, 2008. I have two sons and I am sure they influenced my reaction to this book. They enjoy fantasy and stories of dragons. As I shared this story with them, I watched their eyes grow wide and anxious. Seeing their anticipation, I enjoyed this book even more. One new thought I had as I read this book was how a simple story with limited characters could engage children so completely. As an adult, the story seemed predictable but the children stayed engaged throughout the whole book.

LME 518: From a Book to a Movie #1
http://colemanlme.blogspot.com/2008/02/from-book-to-movie-1.html
Monday, February 18, 2008. From a Book to a Movie #1. Rey, H. (1941). Curious George. New York, NY: Houghton Mifflin Company. What a cute story! There were limited similarities between the book and the movie. The only similarities I found were the opening scene in the jungle of Africa and George floating up in the sky holding onto a bouquet of balloons. George floats over the city and is save by the man in the yellow hat. Posted by S. Coleman. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.
