Stuffed Mushrooms | Thymes of Change

From my kitchen…. Amy’s Armadillo Dip. Not Just for Food? Such a crowd pleaser! Sadly I am not a mushroom lover at all. Although I do enjoy making this crowd pleasing appetizer for all my family and friends! This particular version interested me in that you roast the mushrooms first in balsamic vinegar. Sausage and Asiago Stuffed Mushrooms with Balsamic Glaze. 2 links Italian sausage. 1 onion, diced small.

Our Cottage, Brynmorwydd. The sound of the train whistling thru the forest reminds us of the beginnings of this beautiful cottage area, a treasure found along the Severn River. But how did all these quaint cottages on this quiet Bay come to be? With the Canadian Pacific Railway, that train whistle you hear through the forest! John G. Bolt.
