I have anemia, low blood pressure, hypoglycemia, syncope, a vitamin D deficiency… all of these things add up to me being a very tired girl! Now, we wait to see if it truly is anti-aging…. Pineapple Upside Down Cake. 8 oz skim milk. 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix. 1/2 c frozen pineapple. 1/2 tsp butter flavoring (or Butter Buds). 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 c frozen dark sweet cherries. 8 oz skim milk. 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix. 1 small banana (6 inches). 1 chocolate flavor packet (or 1 tsp sugar free cocoa). 1 tsp reduced fat peanut or almond butter. Tsp butter flavoring (or butter buds). 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract. For lunch today, I am going to try:. 8 ozs Almond Milk. 2 scoops Vi-Shake mix. 1 c frozen dark sweet cherries. An alternative one for you if you're not a cherry fan:. 8 ozs Almond Milk.

Tisdag 26 februari 2013. Ja nu var det ju verkligen ett bra tag sen jag skrev och massor har hänt men jag tänker inte rabbla upp allt. Vilma hon är superförkyld och hostig hon har även haft feber, vi hann skola in henne typ 1½ v ja knappt det så var det kört. Jävla baciller! Hon gillar inte att åka bil hon gillar inte att sitta i sin matstol max 5 min knappt det ibland så vill hon ner på golvet, vagn är inte så skoj iheller inte om man ska åka länge.
