Annual - January 14, 2017. As of: Thursday, January 12, 2017. The race course received light rain on Monday followed by 12 of heavy wet snow on Tuesday and Wednesday with significant drifting. The forecast for Thursday through Saturday calls for clearing skies and cold dry conditions. Friday night low is forecasted at -7 degrees and single digits to the teens during the race.
