Skip to main content. NIH Tetramer Core Facility. The NIH Tetramer Core Facility no longer has an Exclusion List for Academic and Non-Profit institutions. However, the NIH Tetramer Core Facility generally does not provide For-profit/Commercial organizations with Class I and Class II MHC tetramers that are commercially available. The NIH Tetramer Resource Committee (TRC) will consider For-profit/Commercial requests for reagents that are not commercially available on a case-by-case basis.

We have a large library of expression constructs for classical class I alleles from the mouse, humans, rhesus macaques, and chimpanzees. Class II MHC Tetramers.
