Wednesday, May 14, 2014. Sweet Abby. This was on Mother's Day. I came out from my bath to find John and her working hard on the dishes. She told me it was a way to show she loved me. We've been just loving green grass and sunshine. James skills - standing and unloading things! Track and Field for Luke - he placed 4th for his grade in the 400m and also did great in the triple jump, long jump, 200m and relay. He didn't like the feel of the grass on his feet - hence the carpet. Posted by Creed Family.

Sunday, June 22, 2014. Rain, Rain, RAIN this last week. This bucket shows the amount of rain we had. Note the shadow of the water on the side of the 5 gallon bucket. The creek got super high and flooded in some places. It seems that for about a week out of the year we get straight rain and things flood. This was it this year. We read on the CBC news this morning about the discovery of the mammoth frozen in the ice in Siberia. The scientist who made the discovery also found mammoth blood. And are sending it to a scientist in Canada for studies. We did a lesson on the microraptor and made our own out of styrofoam air planes.
