Chalk Talk | Robin's Nest
https://texasmom.wordpress.com/2009/04/15/chalk-talk
We’re expecting rain and storms the next couple of days so we played outside a little while tonight before supper. Isaac got these neat Crayola 3D sidewalk chalks for his birthday (thanks, Kylee and Marcus! They are really neat and the colors are so vibrant! And…the 3D effect really works (you put on special glasses to see it)! If you’re wondering why there are more pictures of Bethany, just remember that she is young and easier for me to manipulate than her brother! Responses to “Chalk Talk”.

We spent a fun afternoon with my former co-worker (and neighbor) Hilary and her daughter Morgan. Morgan and Isaac are only 3 months apart. It was great to spend some time with them at our neighborhood park. After lunch both kids had to go to the bathroom at the same time so we just moved the party to our house! The park is about an equal distance from both our houses so we came in our wagon and Morgan came on her trike. Morgan and Isaac - March 2009. Morgan and Isaac - July 2007. We are so blessed! Even ...

Shark at the Park! Isaac turned 4 a week ago, on April 4th. I am pretty late in posting mostly because I can’t decide which pictures to put on here. My Mom did such a great job taking them! We had so much fun at our neighborhood park celebrating Isaac’s four wonderful years. He is really growing up fast and learning to do so many things on his own. We are very proud of our Isaac Lee! Turnbow Puzzle: I'm OK, not being Ok
http://turnbowpuzzle.blogspot.com/2014/11/im-ok-not-being-ok.html
Monday, November 17, 2014. Im OK, not being Ok. Lately, the fact that I wasn't raised actively going to church or really knowing much about God has been on the forefront of my mind. Who am I kidding? Why do I care so much about the church's reaction still? Who will accept them showing that God will too? Who isn't going to gossip, get defensive and judge them? Do I have unhealthy coping and defense strategies and mechanisms? Absolutely, all of those things. Who really doesn't? November 18, 2014 at 10:46 AM.
Turnbow Puzzle: Levi - 1 year!
http://turnbowpuzzle.blogspot.com/2015/04/levi-1-year_7.html
Tuesday, April 7, 2015. Levi - 1 year! Thank you to my brother in law Joe for making this one and my father in law Bill for painting it. This guy is SO loved! He usually sleeps at night from about 8:30 pm to 7 am. 2 long naps averaging 1 and a half to 2 hours each, although he's already begun phasing out the morning nap. Food: He eats four to five times a day. He's now on all table foods plus nursing and some baby food at each setting. This boy can eat! He has taken one to two steps several times. He wil...
Turnbow Puzzle: Daniel- 3 1/2
http://turnbowpuzzle.blogspot.com/2014/12/daniel-3-12.html
Tuesday, December 9, 2014. This heart warming charmer has come such a long way in the last 6 months. Shortly after Daniel's 3rd birthday we had him evaluated by a neurologist because he wasn't talking, making eye contact, sleeping through the night or connecting with people. He plays SO well with little P! Man, I love my Daniel Paul :-). Favorite recent Daniel memory - Sitting next to me at lunch one Friday repeating You and me, You and me! He makes my heart smile. :) 3. Boswell Buzz: December 2010
http://boswellfamilyblog.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 31, 2010. We spent a few days prior to Christmas in Waco visiting family, but made sure to be home in time to leave cookies for Santa at our house. Here is Jarett in a costume he got from Nana and Grandpa for Christmas. Here is the Boswell house at Christmas! 160;Didn't Jeremy do a good job with the lights this year! Here is the entire class- the program was in her kindergarten room- we had front row seats. Next, Macy was in a Christmas program for dance. One of our family traditions is...

Monday, October 18, 2010. And the Parties Never End! 160;I am so glad you have family in OK, and I get to see you occasionally. Case and his buddy Max. They enjoyed crawling around the gymnastics place. I was glad Max's Aunt and Uncle helped me keep an eye on Case, too. Macy had a lot of fun swinging off the rope. Macy has gotten quite brave- I have also noticed her bravery at the playground. Just another sign that she is growing up on me. Case enjoyed the whipped cream on our Sundae at POPs. There h...

Boswell Buzz: September 2010
http://boswellfamilyblog.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Wednesday, September 29, 2010. Case takes in the Capital. I have to say that my favorite thing about the trip was the hotel room. It had the best massage chair in the room that massaged your entire back and your legs or feet. Case would take a nap, and I would read a book and get a massage- what could be better to do on vacation? Case in front of the Washington Monument. (We went to the Lincoln monument, and the new WW II memorial as well, but forgot the camera that morning.). Case got his nap. &#...

Boswell Buzz: March 2011
http://boswellfamilyblog.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 3, 2011. I don't have a lot of pictures this month, but it seems as though we were plenty busy. Here is Macy taking a bite of snow the first week of Feb. Here are Macy and Case- she is such a good big sister. She is always helping out with Case, and he adores her. Case is finally getting "big" enough to sit at the little table with Macy and Jarett for snacks some days. Macy getting a kiss from her good-lookin' date. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Wednesday, June 15, 2011. Macy is growing up so fast. I think she is beautiful- but of course I am probably biased. . Macy LOVED her curly hair- it took me about 20 minutes to do it, so I doubt she will ask me to do it this way very frequently. Macy on stage doing her tap dance. I was excited that I got this cute picture at the end of Macy's ballet number. My kids with the Fords. Macy telling Uncle Trent Bye. Case giving Grandpa goodbye kisses. The flowers in our backyard matched Macy's ballet dress.
Turnbow Puzzle: January 2015
http://turnbowpuzzle.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 22, 2015. Our realtor told us that the average homeowner moves every 5 years. The highest risk for divorce is between 5-7 years. The seven year itch of infidelity in a marriage is a well known cliche and movie. Recently I have heard the phrase more than once of 'friends for a season'. High school, college, singles group, new mommy's etc . I wonder why that time frame? Has the thrill and newness worn off by then? Have the differences overshadowed the similarities? It reminds me first to ...

TEXAS MOLESKIN ROUND-UP
Wednesday, February 8, 2012. HOLY COW FOR KAY by Linda Popple. Kay's moleskin theme is "HOLY COW! And I painted a few cow studies for practice and in one word they were pitiful! So, in keeping with her theme (sort of! I decided to paint something associated with cows. Cows produce wonderful milk, and from cream, butter. YUM! For Kay, two plates of butter with a silver butter knife waiting to spread this treat on a slice of bread. Texas Moleskin Round Up. Sunday, January 15, 2012. Posted by Kay Wyne.

texasmomma3 | Smile! You’re at the best WordPress.com site ever
You’re at the best WordPress.com site ever. December 13, 2012. I have a confession to make. Recently I had fussed at my middle daughter because she had locked herself out of her Ipod for the SECOND time. Not once, but twice. This to no end aggravates me, for two reasons:. 1 I am technologically challenged. I have read the instructions over and over and I’m still not able to reset it. I have to ask a Mr. Gadget friend to do it for me. Ok, so let’s turn back time for a moment:. Shitake mushroom, I was on t...
