Another day in the life. The new year has begun! You can always tell when the holidays are over and the new year’s resolutions are just beginning. My spin class was almost completely full this morning with so many new faces! For three months one will have to fight to get a seat in class, but come March those promised and new-found resolutions will have died somewhere mid-February.
