Okay so happy second birthday to my little girl. Can you believe just two short years ago she was born. Well we did her well visit with the doctor today and she has grown 2 inches and gained 2 lbs! Friday, May 1, 2009. After that, I had no hope. All he had to do was say the words and I was his. To this day, whenever I watch him with kids I am amazed and I feel the same way. He's not worried about whatever is going on in life. He is involved in the moment and he is a kid himself. It makes my heart melt every time. We definitely have our moments, times that we just go with the flow. But I am grateful for those moments of clarity. The expressions of pure and simple love. I love you Steve!

Monday, March 16, 2009. Steve and I now have 19 nephews. In a few months, it will be 20. The girls are very much in the rear. We have 8 neices. Steve's parents have 18 grandchildren: 15 boys and 3 girls. My parents have 9 grandchildren (soon to be 10): 4 boys and 5 girls.
