Then me and Odog hit it on Monday, out of school for MLK Day, I got this over slot Red Drum and O got a nice little Striped Bass in the first hour or so of fishing. Saturday, March 17, 2012. March 11 fishing report. Fishing Report: Not from my own eyes, didn't have a chance the last two weeks to get out. But the word is the Upper Cape Fear is still kicking out a mixed bag of Stripers, Reds, Blue Cats. The lower Cape Fear has been still producing some Speckled Trout and Reds.
