TGIFToes Go In First. Friday, February 11, 2011. Twenty-two years ago today, February 11, 1989 to be exact, I got married. I am amazed as to how our relationship has changed since the day we took those vows. I am amazed how innocent I was, standing before a church full of people and giving my life to a young man that I was sure would bring me happiness forever more. This is where the old adage "If I knew then what I know now." would have come in handy. The roller coaster ride was done and I was not happy.
