Monday, June 22, 2009. Since we couldn't share our jam with everyone thought I would post some pictures of our hard work. Really.freezer jam is the easiest thing to make. This little cutie wasted no time! She asked for an apron and a spoon and starting "helping" immediately. It was really fun and I love that Hailey had such a good time making the jam with me. Give the gift of jam to your friends and fam! The strawberries were not only delicious but .99 cents - perfect time for jam! Amber and Mathew Niesen.

Sunday, April 3, 2011. The other night, while Shane and I were eating dinner, Parker started. Crying and reaching for our plates. I didn't understand what he wanted because he was eating the same thing as us. Finally I realized that the only I had, that he didn't, was a fork. As soon as I gave it to him he was happy. Here's a picture of him eating his french toast with a fork. Since then we bought him some baby utensils. He loves them. He is a very curious boy. He likes to get into the kitchen drawers.
