Friday, June 24, 2011. Wow 2 weeks have just flown by! It is finally cooling down and next week it is supposed to be much cooler so hopefully we will be able to do a wider variety of activities. I hope this finds you all well. Scott, Leona, Star, Bree and Skyler Thackeray. The kids running full throttle into the Lake. They would dig these "hot lakes" all along the waters edge, the water warmed up quickly because it was so shallow and in the sun and they just sat in them lol. It was just SOOOOO yellow :).

So, remember how a few days ago I experienced the scary driver watching TV and talking on his cell phone? Well, I now believe that watching TV while you're supposed to be driving is a "thing" here, because on the ride back from the dining facility to Tent City this morning, a different bus driver was also watching TV while he was supposed to be driving.
