Inspired by pioneering textile artisans of the Handloom revival movement in the 1970s, our founder Lakshmi Srivathsa and her daughter Padmini Govind have created a niche blockprint studio. focusing organic and eco-friendly colours and sustainable processes. Our artisan family (link) includes Master blockprinters, Wood block carvers and Eco and organic colour experts who brings decades of handwork skill. Our senior artisans mentor our Outreach groups inspiring a new generation of women printers.
