On the way to small group with Jack one Thursday evening, I suddenly had this really bad thirst pain in my throat. It was as if I hadn't had water all week! Gave the other bottle to Jack. As I took my first few sips, God told me something. "You're still going to be thirsty, no matter how many bottles of SOBE you go through. Your body needs water.". What type of water are YOU feeding your body with?
