This is fairly inconvenient as I have periodontal gum disease and no dental insurance. Thankfully I have a husband who sees my suffering and has taken things into his hands instead of leaving them in mine. Tomorrow he’s taking me to a new dentist and holding my hand while I cry. Two ears of corn or 1C canned corn. 1/3 C black beans (drained and rinsed). 2T Unrefined coconut oil. Place all ingredients into a pan and cook until hot. I’m not even kidding, it’s that easy.
