Random should be my middle name but actually it is Elizabeth 🏽. Day Two of Dominique’s New Anti Inflammatory Diet. My hopes in planning out my diet with an anti inflammatory focus is to reduce the symptoms I’ve been struggling with since puberty. I’ve set some goals for myself to follow and yesterday I did pretty good only missing one. My goals for my anti inflammatory diet are:. No more then 1-2 glasses of wine a day. 3-4 fruits and 4-6 vegetables each day. 3 whole grains daily. 1/2 cup almond flour.

Getting my skinny on. Getting fit so I can be healthy for me and my family! My husband and 6 kids are my inspiration. Thursday, January 24, 2013. And the numbers are in! I took my measurements this morning. I am proud to say I have lost 5 inches in my waist. YAY me! Target was having a health and fitness sale! Tomorrow I start my week 2 day 1 with the couch to 5k! I was able to finish day 3 from week 1 yesterday without any cramps or being utterly and completely out of breath! What do you do to stay fit!
