Week 1, I did only the diet and the neuro cleanse. I didn't really see any results. Week 2, I decided to add exercise to the mix. Tuesday, February 16, 2010. I made two lasagnas last night; traditional with pasta noodles and the other with eggplant as my "noodles". Bryan and the boys ate the traditional while I ate the "healing diet" approved version. For those weary about the eggplant, I couldn't taste the eggplant at all. THE EGGPLANT LASAGNA WAS AWESOME!
