Jess and the gang. 22 Weeks - Pregnancy Style. Technically I am 23 weeks along, but since all these pictures are for last week, this post is for 22 weeks. Catch my drift? I am not normally an "all black" person, in fact I love me some color, but it worked, so I went with it. I also am not normally an "all Old Navy" person, but for some reason during pregnancy, that seems to be where all my clothes come from. It was quite the boost to my self esteem. Jess and the gang. Connor: Oh, hey there grown up Connor! On Thursday morning, Connor asked me if we could stay home all day, so we did. And it felt nice. Connor got to stay in his " comfy. Clothes all day long. We played inside. We played outside in the sun. We cleaned. We read. It was a very nice day. Isla: She is smiling at her horse that is " eating an ice cream cone. Jess and the gang. Fire Station Field Trip. They took us all around the fire engine and explained to us what all the different things were…including the big ax that he refered to as the "keys to the city". It was all very interesting and probably the parents got more out of the detailed information than the kids did. In fact, during q&a time, they opened it up to the parents and many of the parents asked questions. Connor (in the blue shirt in the middle) hanging on to every word the captain was saying.

Jess and the gang. A lady actually asked permission to take Isla's picture in these chairs. It cracked me up and Isla. Totally hammed it up for her. For some reason this bubble exhibit is one of my favorite things. I consider it a challenge to make it as far up as I can, while wielding off kids trying to pop the bubble. Jess and the gang. The way my kids acted about staying in a hotel, you would think we never take them anywhere! It was pretty funny. When Isla realized we were staying there, she excitedly exclaimed " We are sleeping here! I like that the kids get excited about little things like hotel rooms.
