Parachutes And Patience: Flats Envy
http://parachutesandpatience.blogspot.com/2013/06/flats-envy.html
Of endeavors requiring leaps of faith, breathless freefall, and the softest of landings. Saturday, June 1, 2013. I'm so conflicted about expensive flats. With my inexpensive ones, I'll wear them every day and they'll either be ruined by the wear-and-tear or by the smell from wearing them without socks. But this Ferragamo ad campaign. Doesn't it just make you want to drop the almost five hundred dollars for a pair? Maybe I should just "start smaller" with classic Tory Burch ones. View my complete profile.

Parachutes And Patience: June 2013

Of endeavors requiring leaps of faith, breathless freefall, and the softest of landings. Monday, June 3, 2013. Inspiration for T minus 2 weeks. Love is never finished, and life is never as clean as the stories we tell ourselves. If that robs us of a certain resolution, perhaps it’s enough that those moments let us sit back and look at one another and say: we almost didn't make it, but we got here. Now let’s keep going.". Parachutes And Patience: February 2013
http://parachutesandpatience.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
Of endeavors requiring leaps of faith, breathless freefall, and the softest of landings. Tuesday, February 26, 2013. So I found out this morning that I'm doing clinical rotations at Oakwood Hospital. Next year. Though it isn't what I wanted, there are definitely some good things about training at this site. This is me trying to be nonchalantly unaffected and positive. And it's a lot like how I'm dealing with the impending snow storm by looking at this photo from a warm and clear yesterday. Http:/ drewthe...

Thursday, March 26, 2009. There used to be so many children. Not anymore, we can only afford. What we can afford. How far did you come? Oh, not far. I live in the mountains. We grow different things- water. Chestnuts. I help my mother. Peel these chestnuts all day. We finish two bags,. A whole day's work, and they come. And give us twenty kuai. The girl from the mountains. Tells me she feels. The weakness in my arms. Have you ever done hard labor? I float on the Li River again,. Don't hold your breath.

Based on a true story. The Long Road Home, or Planes, Trains, Ferries, Buses, Cable Cars, Automobiles, etc…. I’m sitting in O’Hare now waiting for my baggage to come out. I picked up a netbook in HK and am so glad I did. It’s perfect for blogging or answering emails in brief moments like this when my iPhone is kind of a pain but bringing out my behemoth laptop sounds a little frightening. I think this little guy will actually see more use than my laptop in the near future. I just overheard a foreign lang...

Good Morning Shanghai « Dan Dot Blog
https://dankessler.wordpress.com/2010/04/12/good-morning-shanghai
Based on a true story. Honestly, this train ride felt much shorter than my flight. To be fair, the flight to Beijing was like 2 hours longer, but the train ride felt like half the trip. Maybe the advantage is in leaving when you’re about to naturally sleep anyway. Right now I have a queue of like 5 new blog posts sitting on my iPhone that I want to get launched, so hopefully Connie’s place will have wifi. April 12, 2010. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.
