My Journey to be Healthy! Monday, April 23, 2012. I love to exercise! It makes me feel great! I just wish that I was already the skinny girl I've been imagining! Why does it have to take so long to drop a few pounds? It should be an automatic, you exercised today, there goes 1 pound! LOL I have noticed a small difference in how my clothes are fitting which is nice. Now to keep the ball rolling so I can wear my summer clothes comfortably is the key in all this! My Journey to be Healthy! Tuesday, April 17, 2012. I need to say that I'm really proud that I've been exercising lately. I feel so much better. I did take my measurements and I've lost one inch around my waist so I'm at a 34 now! Mind you I took my waist line higher and measured around my belly and not my actual waist line.
