Wednesday, January 06, 2010. My school was closed today because of the snow, so I wanted to get a sled for the boys. Everywhere was sold out. So me and Grandad made one. And then Katie and I took the boys sledging in Warwick. Needless to say I was very pleased with our work. My goodness, this is turning into a proper blog with regular updates and everything. Tuesday, March 15, 2011. I have also uploaded pictures from Nathan's birthday party at Ryton Pools Country Park. The pictures are much better quality thanks to Grandad's fantastic camera (thank you Grandad). Nathan and his friends had a great time den-building, as did Daddy and "uncle" Neil who tried and failed not to act like competitive dads. But our den was the best - have a look. However we have had a couple of triumphs lately which I thought I would record on the blog for posterity. When I was a lad I never used to be able to complete this. However, when Nathan was given a set for his birthday recently, I thought I'd have another go. With the boys helping of course.
